Terms of Service

RankItUp is a public advertising board. Positions on it are ordered solely by the amount each listing has paid. We provide placement and click measurement. We do not provide advertising performance guarantees, traffic guarantees, search engine benefits, or any assurance of commercial outcome.

You are buying a position on a public list. You are not buying impressions, clicks, conversions, or a fixed duration of display.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you list on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

The content rules are set out in full on the rules page and form part of these terms. In summary, you may not list: unlawful material; malware, phishing or deceptive software; sexual or adult content; chat and invite links; link shorteners; content infringing another party's intellectual property; or material you do not have the right to promote.

You warrant that you own or are authorised to promote every destination you submit, and that the destination complies with the law where it operates.

We may remove a listing that breaches these terms, and may withhold or reverse a purchase associated with it. We may also remove a listing where we are required to by law, by a payment provider, or by a competent authority.

Prices are shown in United States dollars, exclusive of any tax that may apply to you. Bids start at $1, in whole dollars. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your card details. Each purchase is a single one-time payment — nothing recurring is created and there is nothing to cancel.

A position is claimed when payment completes. Payments made for the same listing accumulate: its standing bid is the total of every payment made for it, and that total is what determines its position. Raising a listing therefore costs the difference between that total and the figure you wish to reach, rather than the figure itself. The smallest payment against a listing already on the board is $1.

The amount used to rank your listing is the amount actually settled. If our payment provider adds tax on top, the tax does not buy rank; if a discount reduces what you paid, your listing ranks at the reduced amount.

All payments are final and non-refundable. A position is delivered immediately on payment and is consumed the moment it is displayed, so purchases are not cancellable once made.

This does not affect rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country, nor our obligation to refund where a payment was taken in error or where a listing was removed by us before it was ever displayed.

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at support@rankitup.lol before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may result in the associated listing being removed.

Your rank is relative to what everyone else has paid. Another party paying more will place their listing above yours. Your listing itself remains on the board; only its position relative to others changes. We do not guarantee any particular rank at any future time.

Clicks are counted by us and shown publicly. We de-duplicate obvious automated traffic on a best-effort basis. Counts are provided for information and are not a billing metric; we make no warranty as to their precision.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from a listing you submitted, including claims that it infringes a third party's rights or breaches applicable law.

We may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above and apply to purchases made after that date.
