Privacy Policy

Listing details. The destination URL or handle, listing name, and description you submit. These are published — that is the point of the board.

Account details. If you create an account: your email address, name if you provide one, and an encrypted password or the identifier returned by your sign-in provider.

Payment details. Handled entirely by our payment provider. We receive a transaction reference, the amount, its status, and the billing email — never your full card number.

Click and presence data. When someone follows a listing link we record the click. We keep a short-lived anonymous identifier in your browser to count concurrent visitors. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Diagnostics. Error reports, which may include the page, browser, and a truncated IP address.

To run the board and display listings (performance of a contract); to take payment and meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation); to keep the Service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest); and to publish click counts, which is part of the product you bought.

Our payment provider, for processing payments. Our hosting and database providers, for running the Service. Our error monitoring provider, for diagnostics. Our email provider, for receipts and account mail. Each processes data on our instructions.

Listing information is public by design and may be indexed by search engines or copied by third parties.

We use what the Service needs to function: a session cookie if you sign in, a theme preference, and an anonymous identifier used to count who is on the board right now. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Listings and their click counts are kept while they remain on the board. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires — commonly seven years. Account data is deleted on request, subject to those records. Presence identifiers expire within minutes.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@rankitup.lol and we will respond within one month.

A published listing can be removed on request, but content already indexed or copied elsewhere is outside our control.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the transfer mechanisms permitted by applicable law, including standard contractual clauses.

The Service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Material changes appear in the “last updated” date above. Questions go to support@rankitup.lol or the contact page. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
